Each print starts as a drawing on newsprint. I then trace the individual shapes onto tracing paper and cut them out with an x-acto knife. I use a brayer to ink the shape and then transfer it to the paper. Each print is one of a kind and takes on its own character through the mono-printing process. I love the texture each shape creates from the paper.
